Below is a short video of myself taking you on a tour of my own personal residence. Using the tools I will show you, along with simple common sense habits, I have brought my average monthly energy usage from 526 KWH in the year 2008 to 233 KWH in the year 2015. All of the tools and habits that are pointed out in the video are explained in more detail in the Education section of this website located on the home page.
UPDATE: In 2011 my monthly average was down to 269 KWH.
2nd UPDATE: In 2012 my monthly average was down to 254 KWH.
3rd UPDATE: In 2013 my monthly average was down to 231 KWH.
4th UPDATE: In 2014 my monthly average was down to 222 KWH.
5th UPDATE; In 2015 my monthly average was 223 KWH. Looks like I've finally flatlined.
